Chief Executive Officer
Kathy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Harford County Association of Realtors. Her responsibilities are managing the operations of the association. Kathy has 20-plus years of experience as an executive director in the non-profit industry and a business owner. Her accomplishments throughout her career included collective bargaining negotiations; budget development and oversight; advocation/opposition to legislation and regulations throughout the United States and in Congress; initiating press coverage; marketing; fundraising; meeting planning and seminar productions.
She and her husband Bill reside in Annapolis, Maryland.
Director of Operations
Laura Metz has 26 years of experience with the Association. She is our staff liaison for many committees, including Affiliate, Equal Opportunity, Networking, Trade Show, and YPN. She works closely with the CEO, coordinates events, is our database administrator, keeps accurate records of our membership and their dues payments, and is our Professional Standards Administrator. Laura is always happy to help you with any membership concerns.
Government Affairs Director (GAD)
Veronica Rolocut, former professional staff for the Committee on Rules in the U.S. House of Representatives, serves as the Government Affairs Director for the Association. She develops and directs the legislative strategy for the Association including candidate selection during election years. In addition to her political responsibilities, she also directs the Association’s advocacy efforts including Calls For Action and advocacy outreach in the community. She staffs the Legislative, Marketing & Communications, Membership, and RPAC committees.
Administrative Services Professional
Debbie Gantert will always greet you with a smile as you walk through the door. Debbie brings over 20 years of customer service with her to the association. She will be assisting with the administering of SentriCards and Lockboxes, as well as taking care of your purchases in the association store. She will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Member Services Coordinator
Danielle Leppo, a recent college graduate with seven years of customer service experience, serves as the Member Services Coordinator to the Association. Danielle handles all things concerning New Member Orientation and Continuing Education including course approvals, class setup, and credit input. She also assists members with all administrative needs. Danielle staffs the Education Committee and the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Awareness) Committee.
